1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and OK Bet ("we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern all use of the OK Bet website, mobile application, and any related services offered under the ok-bet.club domain.

By accessing the OK Bet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the OK Bet platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing OK Bet from Bangladesh. Where local laws or regulations conflict with these Terms, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2Eligibility

To register and use an OK Bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an OK Bet employee or contractor.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

OK Bet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one OK Bet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your OK Bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OK Bet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. OK Bet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact OK Bet support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your OK Bet account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify OK Bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on OK Bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). OK Bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. No foreign currency transactions are accepted on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳30. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your OK Bet account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact OK Bet support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the OK Bet payments team. Most withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. OK Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your account.
• OK Bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited into your OK Bet account may not be transferred to another player's account.
• OK Bet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5Bonuses and Promotions

OK Bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• OK Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Players who have requested a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will have their bonus balance forfeited.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the OK Bet platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined randomly and independently of previous results. OK Bet works exclusively with licensed game providers whose software is independently audited for fairness.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each game on OK Bet reflects the actual configuration running on the platform. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return to players and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• OK Bet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the review process described in Section 13.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OK Bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the OK Bet platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the OK Bet platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OK Bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Account Suspension and Closure

OK Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting OK Bet support. Where an account is closed at the player's request and there is no outstanding investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, OK Bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact OK Bet support to request a review.

9Privacy and Data Protection

OK Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an OK Bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at ok-bet.club/privacy-policy.

OK Bet uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

OK Bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. OK Bet is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the platform that are outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Your reliance on any information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits OK Bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Changes to These Terms

OK Bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, OK Bet will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the OK Bet platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
